MYNA NATIONAL REMEMBERS IMAM WD MUHAMMAD

It is with great sadness and heartful remembrance that the Muslim Youth of North America (MYNA) extends its condolences, thoughts, and prayers to the family and friends of Imam Warith Deen Muhammad.

Imam W.D., founder and beloved leader of The Mosque Cares project, served as an inspiration to millions from all walks of life and across the globe with his passionate message of peace, unity, and service to the community.

He instructed that we all learn to look beyond our individual needs and become part of a greater movement towards understanding amongst all people of faith and consciousness.

As we mourn his loss, we as youth celebrate his lifetime work and vow to uphold the causes he championed in all that we do.
