The Beauty of the Quran 16 mins w I.mp3
By Imam Mohammad Magid
Allah, swt, told us in Surat Al-Baqarah that Ramadan is the month in which the Qura’n was revealed as guidance and a criterion between what’s right and what’s wrong.
  • Why is it important to be connected to this book around the year?

  • How can we bring the beauty of the Quran to our daily lives?

Find the answers in this great reminder by Imam Mohammad Magid.

Jihad in Our Daily Life 11 mins w I.mp3
Imam Zaid Shakir
So, for almost a month you skipped lunch, spent a couple of hours praying Tarawih, and gave away a few hundred of dollars in charity, money that otherwise you would have spent on yourself.
  • How did you do that?

  • What do you call that energy that enabled you to achieve all of these great accomplishments?

  • How can Jihad be part of our daily life?

Power of Good Deeds 18 mins w I.mp3
Imam Johari Abdul Malik
The prophet, pbuh, said “Don’t undervalue any good deed, even to meet your brother with a pleasant face.” The month of Ramadan comes to us with golden opportunities of rewards. Good deeds are multiplied many folds, one night is better than 83 years of worship, for each Sunnah you get the reward of a an obligatory prayer, etc.
  • But what about after Ramadan, when these ‘special offers’ are not there anymore?

  • What will continue to motivate to pray a Sunnah, give charity, or to go the ‘extra mile’ obeying Allah, swt?
