4th Education Forum Youth Track
In connection with the ISNA Education Forum we will be having a youth track led by the Muslim Youth of North America.

Who is organizing the training?
ISNA Youth Programming & Services Department/ MYNA National
What age groups will the training target?
12-18 years old youth
Can students who don’t attend Islamic Schools participate in the training?
Yes, of course!
What is the goal of the training?
Youth participating in the training will:
- Be prepared to get involved in community service projects within their respected schools and communities
- Connect with a national network of youth activists involved in community development projects around the country
What topics will the training address?
The training will discuss the importance of activism and encourage attendeeds to become active participants in their own communities. Workshops will be centered around developing leadership skills and providing a foundation of practical measures that will help the youth get involved and give them the tools to make a difference. Our goal is to cultivate the leaders of TODAY, and support them as they spark the movements of TOMORROW.
What format will the training have?
The training will be run by members of the MYNA National Executive Board and will consist of fun, interactive workshops.
Will educators participating in the Education Forum be responsible for their youth during the training?
MYNA National will be responsible for the youth registered in the Education Forum Youth Track from the time they check in to the time they check out of the conference.
Will the youth have their own accommodation?
The MYNA branch will have accommodations for the registered youth as well as hand-picked counselors to make sure their stay is as beneficial as possible.
