Papers Presented in Past Conferences
ISNA Education Forum and Islam in America conference, beside zonal conferences and annual convention, are annual ISNA events for many years. ISNA Annual Education Forum alone gathers together hundreds of teachers, administrators and board members of full-time Islamic schools to discuss and exchange ideas pertaining to the development of better Islamic educational institutions in America. Indeed, the American Muslim cultural paradigm presents unique challenges. For Islamic schools in America the struggle to combine academic excellence with emphasis on Islamic moral has proved very fruitful.
A good number of scholarly papers have been presented at the ISNA Education Forum and Islam in America conferences in the previous years. Some of these papers are being presented here for the benefit of Islamic school teachers, researchers, and students engaged in studying the phenomenon of Islam in America.
