Workshop package includes: (1) training manual, (2) “Best Practices of Islamic Centers” booklet, and (3) model bylaws for Muslim organizations.
Program hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 1:30 pm on Sunday.

Dr. Rafik Beekun is Professor of Management and Strategy, and graduate of Colombia and Harvard Universities. He specializes in strategic management, leadership, and the link between spirituality and management. He is the author of Islamic Business Ethics and Strategic Planning and Implementation for Islamic Organizations, and co-author of another book with Dr. Jamal Badawi entitled, Leadership: An Islamic Perspective.
Dr. Louay Safi is Executive Director of ISNA Leadership Development Center (ILDC), and frequent speaker on issues of leadership and Islam. He is author of nine books and numerous articles, including Leadership and Subordination. He has organized and conducted workshops on leadership, teambuilding, and conflict resolution. He appeared on numerous radio and TV programs, including CNN, BBC, Fox News, and PBS.
