Then participate in ISNA’s Poster Contest! All artists are invited to participate in ISNA Poster Contest.

The Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) is inviting all artists to submit poster samples for its 48th Annual Convention Poster Design. The convention will be held from July 1st to 4th, 2011, in Rosemont, IL.

Please read the poster contest guidelines carefully before submitting your poster.

Poster submission guidelines:

  1. Poster Designs should include:
    • Reflect the Convention Theme: “Loving God, Loving Neighbor, Living in Harmony”
    • Include Date: July 1st – 4th, 2011, Address: 5555 N. River Road, Rosemont, IL 60018, Theme: “Loving God, Loving Neighbor, Living in Harmony”
    • Be original artwork from the artist. Copyrighted characters or copyrighted clipart will not be accepted
    • Be a PDF or a JPEG file in a poster size (18 X 24 inches)
  2. Posters will be judged by the following criteria:
    • Clear message conveyed by the text and graphic
    • Correct information included
    • Convention Theme
    • Convention Date
    • Convention Address
    • Creativity, originality and artistic quality
    • Visual clarity
  3. How to Submit:
    • Each submission must have a release form attached to be eligible for judging. The posters (in PDF or JPEG), with release form, must be emailed to ISNA Convention Department at convention@isna.net no later than Monday, March 4th, 2011
  4. Selection Process:
    • Based on established criteria, the selection committee will choose one design for the convention. If selected, the artist will receive free convention registration, free hotel accommodation (for Friday 7/1/11 until Sunday 7/3/11) and a gift certificate valued at $50.00
