Children’s Program and Babysitting
Children’s program and Babysitting program are being provided for the registered children at the 49th annual ISNA Convention (August 31 - September 3, 2012, Washington DC).
Registration to these programs is required and can be made along your convention registration. Children’s program is for ages 6 to 11 years and Babysitting for ages 2 to 5 years. These programs will take place at the Washington DC Convention center along with the 2012 ISNA Convention from August 31 to September 3, 2012.
These programs will include activities such as arts & crafts, games, educational movies, reading, exercise and other fun and education activities. Our emphasis remains on safety, learning, and family style fun activities.
Dates and Times- Friday August 31, 2012 from 3 pm to 6 pm
- Saturday September 1, 2012 from 9.00 am-1:00 pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm, and 7:30pm-10:00pm
- Sunday September 2, 2012 from 9.00 am-1:00 pm, 3:00pm-6:00pm, and 7:30pm-10:00pm
MealsMeals are not included in this program however snacks will be provided and arranged by ISNA. Parents are required to take children during the lunch and dinner breaks.
Registration, Operating Procedures, and Policies - No child will be allowed in Childcare Programs without an ISNA issued name badge with “Children’s Program” or “Babysitting” printed on it. These badges will be issued with your registration packet if you have registered for them.
- Childcare program registrations will be processed directly by ISNA. You can opt for these programs either as part of your pre registration for the convention or onsite (based on availability) at the main registration desk in the convention center.
- At the time of check in all parents will:
- Sign a disclaimer form
- Be issued a wrist band for the child
- Agree to take children for lunch and dinner breaks
- Provide cell phone number and be available at all times in case of emergency
- Sign the check in/ out log
